3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to:

Minimum order quantities as specified in our quotations
Availability of materials and production capacity
Confirmation of specifications and requirements
Advance payment as per agreed terms

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on:

Order quantity and specifications
Material costs at the time of order confirmation
Current market rates for labor and production
Delivery timelines and special requirements

Payment Terms:

50% advance payment upon order confirmation
Balance 50% before dispatch of goods
Payment methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or as mutually agreed

5. Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

Order complexity and quantity
Material availability
Seasonal demand fluctuations
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We strive to meet all delivery commitments and will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards:

All products undergo multi-stage quality checks
We follow international quality standards
Defective products will be replaced or refunded
Quality complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. We respect client confidentiality and do not share proprietary designs with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
Damages arising from misuse of products

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
Courts in Chandigarh, Punjab shall have jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, Punjab.
